Thank you for choosing Keys to the Exam by, TSW Digitals. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.

 

1. Ebooks & Digital Products

   • All sales of ebooks and digital downloads are final.

   • Once the file has been purchased and delivered electronically, we cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Physical Books

   • All physical book sales are final.

   • Refunds will not be issued due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering.

   • If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we will provide a replacement.

3. One-on-One Real Estate Prep Classes

   • Payments for one-on-one sessions are non-refundable.

   • If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your payment to a new session date.

   • Failure to attend without proper notice will result in forfeiture of payment.
